Electronic Schedule Board
     The powerful Electronic Schedule Board is the center of the Prestige Scheduler.  At a glance, you see the all the jobs currently in production. Search for jobs by number or highlight jobs by Customer, Product, Category, or Sales person.
     With a click, take the current schedule to the design board where you can drag and drop job steps on any row to change the work center or job priority (sequence on the board). One click sends any changes from the design board to everyone’s active schedule board.

Master Job List and InBox
     Here you quicly find and verify the status of any job on the active board.
     New jobs can be imported from your Manufacturing Information System (MIS) to the InBox. Here your schedule or production manager reviews jobs and adds them to the board where they are automatically placed according to priority and then reorganized as you see fit.

Job Detail
     View and edit a job and it’s  sub-parts or create a new job from scratch or a saved template.  Jobs can have up to 20 sub parts for tracking separate components that may or may not come together at the end.

Job Process List
     Every scheduled process for the job is listed here.  Its easy to see what’s done, what’s left to do, and to make changes.

Process Detail
     Each board process has built in Setup, Run and Clean Up times plus the ‘run’ quantity lets you keep track of a count for the activity.  Enter Done or Undone times or quantities and the active board is updated.  

Resource Job List
     See a list of work for each Work Center in your organization. It shows how much time is left for each job-part, for the selected resource. A yellow status indicates job parts that are ready for that resource to work on.  A green status shows which job-parts are currently being worked on.

Resource (Process) Setup
     Create Board and Status type processes for tracking each step in your production flow.  If you are importing jobs from your Manufacturing Information System (MIS), you can assign the process ID’s from that system to each process in the Prestige Scheduler.
     Group resources together to allow you to move jobs from one work center to another.  Groups prevent you from accidentally moving the job process to an inappropriate work center, like taking a jobs folding step and dropping it on the 54” cutter.

Calendar (Down-time) Setup
     Schedule all your down-time from nights and weekends to planned maintenance.  Prestige Scheduler will not plan work during down time but you can easily schedule over time by clicking the down-time’s gray bar in the Electronic Schedule Board.  That will create an exception in the scheduled down-time so you can prevent late work.
