What It's About

Prestige Scheduler is a finite capacity scheduler that stands alone or connects with your other production order and shop floor systems keeping you up-to-the-minute.

Fast, flexible, and
web-viewable, Prestige Scheduler is The Scheduler for your manufacturing plant.

Our price is right for small job shops and our smart client-server design scales up for multi-million dollar producers managing over 1000 concurrent custom jobs.

Prestige Scheduler’s robust features save you time and money.

  • Be aware of time and inventory conflicts in advance. Late jobs are clearly indicated so you can avoid overtime when possible and plan for it when necessary.
  • FAST – The Scheduler is so responsive it can recalculate the entire schedule in seconds, keeping everyone up to date. Users can view the schedule in monitor mode or using a web browser. Keep customers and remote staff connected on the Internet.
  • The offline design board lets you to add new jobs and ‘play’ with the schedule without taking the active board down. View a list of late jobs before and after any changes. One click integrates your changes from the design board to the active schedule.
  • Customize The Scheduler’s terminology to match your own.  Virtually every label can be modified to your language and lingo.  Your employees learn this system faster because they don’t have to learn what everything is.

Connect with your other systems to reduce data entry.

  • Use your existing estimating/production order system to provide job steps to the scheduler without re-entering data.  Your scheduler or production manager can easily modify the job steps before placing them on the active schedule board.
  • Track future inventory consumption for just-in-time stock deliveries by connecting it to your raw material inventory system.  Also an Allocated Stock flag appears on the master job list so you know when the raw materials are there.
  • Your shop floor data collection terminals and equipment counters provide instant feedback to the scheduler, which in turn, keeps relevant staff and customers up to date.

“I am THRILLED with this system!”

Designed for manufacturing job shops and printers with
your production routines and process flow in mind.

  • Splitting processes allows you to schedule more than one run for the process.
  • If you use multiple colors, you can track them separately or roll them up.
  • You can set quantity buffers so the scheduler knows if the next process can start before the prior one is finished.
  • Processes have built in setup and cleanup times as well as a definable buffer for the unavoidable and unexpected delays.
  • Two types of job steps: Board processes and Status processes allow you to track the entire job logically from creation to shipping.  For instance, the time it takes the customer to proof the design is not on the board, but it is a status that must be completed before the next step can start.
  • Assign similar resources to groups (like departments) so you can drag job steps from one work center to another without accidentally moving the task to an incompatible resource.

  • Backwards and Forwards scheduling, row pinning, and drag and drop process bars give you complete control over each job on the schedule.
  • Scheduled down time (like nights, weekends, holidays and maintenance) is easily entered and modified on the fly.
  • Secure – The Scheduler allow you to determine who has design control and who can view the monitor and enter work done.
  • Create customized reports using Crystal Reports.
